About the Astors
The Astor Family is a vibrant and diverse chosen family made up of handsome, charismatic gay men from around the world, along with one radiant and much-loved woman, Icey. Our roots span Australia, America, Spain, France, and the Netherlands, creating a rich blend of personalities, cultures, and histories that shape who we are today.
How It All Began
The Astor story began with Bodhi, an Australian, and Maalik, an American, two men who first met within the Vanderbilt family. What started as friendship soon felt like rediscovery, as they had actually known each other far longer than either realised. Ricardo, a warm and charming Dutchman, soon joined their circle, but after tensions arose within the Vanderbilts, the three left together.
United by loyalty and the desire to build something healthier and more meaningful, they created the Astor Family.
Growing Through Connection
Not long after, Bodhi met Arian, a magnetic Spanish man whose presence immediately became central to the family. Their partnership brought Arian into the Astors, along with his father, Axel, another Spaniard who had long been a trusted friend. The fit felt natural from the start.
Soon after, Austin joined the family. Hailing from Beverly Hills, USA, he added a blend of charm, grace, and a touch of effortless class that complemented the group beautifully.
New Faces, New Bonds
As the Astors spent more time at Stallions gay bar, they connected with new people who would eventually become family. Kanoah, the elegant and friendly Frenchman, and Shy, whose warmth stood out immediately, were welcomed into the fold, fitting seamlessly into the Astor dynamic.
Who We Are Today
The Astor Family stands as a testament to the beauty of chosen bonds. We are friends, brothers, partners, and confidants, people who support one another, celebrate one another, and build a shared life rooted in connection.
We welcome others into our world not through obligation, but through genuine affection and compatibility. Every person who joins adds something unique, strengthening the legacy we continue to build.

Bodhi Astor Rothschild
Bodhi Astor Rothschild an Aussie known for his warmth, humour, and natural ability to bring people together. Proudly married to Arian, he is the devoted father of two sons, Ezzi, his eldest, a talented DJ married to Matty and father of Daire; and Brooklyn, his younger boy.
Bodhi’s life is deeply rooted in family, surrounded by the love and support of his two stepfathers, Lucas and Chico, as well as his father-in-laws Axel, Ibex, and Hugote. With a big heart and a steady sense of loyalty, Bodhi thrives in the centre of a beautifully blended family, offering strength, laughter, and unwavering dedication to the people he calls his own.
Arian Astor Ayashi
Arian Astor Ayashi is a strikingly charismatic Spaniard from Barcelona, now living in Germany, known for his confidence, warmth, and unmistakable presence. Married to Bodhi, he is a devoted partner and father, building a life rooted in loyalty, connection, and family pride.
Arian’s world is shaped by a strong and loving support network: his stepfathers Axel, Ibex, and Hugote, and his father-in-laws Lucas and Chico, who all play an important role in the family he and Bodhi have built together. With his Spanish fire, European elegance, and grounded heart, Arian brings strength, humour, and a deep sense of belonging wherever he goes.
Maalik Astor Azalea
Maalik Astor Azalea is the mischievous spark of the Astor family, an American charmer with a wicked sense of humour and a talent for turning even the quietest moment into something memorable. As Bodhi’s brother, he brings balance through boldness, loyalty through laughter, and a touch of delightful chaos that everyone secretly enjoys.
Partnered with Axel, Maalik thrives in a relationship built on chemistry, confidence, and a shared appreciation for life’s more exciting edges. With his flirtatious grin, adventurous streak, and ability to light up any room he walks into, Maalik adds fire, fun, and a perfectly naughty twist to the heart of the Astor family.
